- Q. Will client be charged tax and shipping on his/her digital downloads order?
A. Client will not be charged shipping for their digital download purchases. A 5% Virginia Sales tax will be charged for clients in Virginia.
- Q. Why is the image not available immediately as soon as it is purchased?
A. The image is first color corrected by a professional technician.
- Q. Can clients order all images in the event?
A. No, however multiple images of various sizes could be added to an order. Bulk pricing (over 20 digital images) is available upon request and sould be made prior to completing the order via e-mail (info@photobybobby.com)
- Q. How long does client have to download the file(s)?
A. Client has up to 30 days to download the file(s). An e-mail with download link will be proivded to the client with in 24 hours of order completion.
- Q. What kind of file will client receive?
A. Client will receive a color corrected JPG file set to the SRGB colorspace.
- Q. What does “High Resolution” entail?
A. The dimensions of the image are the same as what was ordered by client. All images are 300DPI with minimal sharpening applied. Please refer to the chart above for the exact sizes and pricing.
- Q. What kind of usage rights will the client have by purchasing a digital image?
A. The license is for personal use only. The “Personal Use License Agreement” reads as follows:
Photographer grants buyer a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image, subject to the following restrictions:
- This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the image(s) for display on personal websites and computers, or making prints for personal use. The image(s) may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The image(s) may not be used for advertising. The image(s) may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed.
- Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the image(s) remain exclusively with the PhotoByBobby LLC.
- There are no warranties, express or implied. The image(s) are provided ‘as is.’
- Neither photographer nor PhotoByBobby LLC.will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer’s use of the image(s).

| The orders containing only Digital copy items are delivered to customer via e-mail (provided by customer during checkout). Digital Copy Items are not charged for shipping and handling. To avoid shipping and handling cost, place your digital copy order separate from Print and Product orders. |

| Client must verify their order before making a payment. Payment cannot be undone once the order has been placed. Prints will be sent to the address provided by client. Photographer accepts payment via the following two methods. |

We recommend that our customer use Paypal as it is Secure as well as free. Also, it insures that your order is processed as soon as the payment is received online. |
- EMail orders may be placed online. No payment is taken at this stage. Upon order request Photographer will contact client via the email to arrange payment by cash or check. Order will take 1-2 weeks to complete after payment is secured. If you require prints quicker than this please state this. We will do our best, but may have to add a lab fee surcharge.
The final print/product may be cropped/edited and may look different from the web preview to better suite the picture. If you would like specific size/crop/adjustment requirement, mentioned those during placing your order. |
